This is a very pretty Bahr & Proschild 309 doll dating from 1894.

Her brown glass eyes open and close perfectly all the original eyelid wax is intact, she has four square cut moulded teeth.  She is known as a shoulderhead doll and the mould number 309 is impressed on the back of her shoulders.

Condition - She has a very old and faint hairline crack running from the outside edge of her left eye up to her wig rim. ( I can send a picture )  

Her original blonde mohair wig is still in lovely condition she is on a good firm kid leather body which is in excellent condition. Her lovely clothes all look like the originals, two petticoats, pantaloons and her wonderful antique leather shoes.
