An outstanding Ichimatsu boy doll in fabulous original conditon.  His papier Mache head is excellent, with dark glass eyes and pierced nostrils. His head rotates in the shoulder-plate

He has a slight paint touch up on his right eyelid.

The head and lower limbs are all papier-mache/gofun material and are in excellent condition.

His wonderful clothes are in near mint condition with the original tacking stitching still holding the pleats in place, they have never been removed. There is a tiny fan tucked into the bodice and metal clips holding the front decoration in place. He has silk socks covering his feet.  He dates from the 1930's He is attached to his original black wooden stand, he measures 17 inches and with the stand measures 18 inches
