This is a stunning Francois Gaultier fashion doll dating from the 1890's

It is harder to find these fashion dolls in the larger size and she is an impressive 24 Inches

She has fixed blue glass paper-weight eyes and a delicately painted closed mouth. Her ears are pierced and she  has both  earrings. She has a perfect head which rotates in her bisque shoulder-plate. She has her original wig and cork pate.

She is on her original leather body which although there are a few repairs is still in good firm condition. All her fingers are good.  She is wearing her beautiful original clothes, maroon dress edged with silk and fully lined, maroon velvet hat, cream fur cape and a black velvet and grey fur muff. There is some age wear to the dress but it looks stunning on her.
