This is a very unusual doll to find. She was made by Pierre Mueller in 1924

Not a well known maker of dolls and these dolls were only produced for a short period of time.

Her large brown glass eyes open and close perfectly,she has top and lower painted eyelashes. Her open mouth reveals five teeth. She has a perfect head ( light tested) with just the name OLYMPIA impressed on the back. Her ears are pierced.

Her light brown wig is the original and is still in reasonable condition.

She is on a good strong French body, the body is unique to this type of doll, I can send pictures. It retains all the original paint and sheen.

She is wearing her delightful vintage cream dress with blue floral print, frills at the waist and around the bodice. two vintage petticoats and pantaloons. Her shoes and socks are old, one of the shoes is missing a bow. Her vintage hat has pink fabric flower decoration.
